Whenever I've tried a chocolate from an Advent calendar it always tastes stale, as if it's left over from last Christmas. When I was a kid the thrill was in guessing the pictures,

“negative reinforcement on ESP ability?” 😛

Only reason I didn't get one is that I am full of cold and haven't been outside for a few days. Hoping to feel better by Tuesday so I can go Christmas shopping in Lincoln. Might get one then.

What you're calling "negative reinforcement" is actually punishment though. Negative reinforcement means increasing the likelihood of a behaviour by removing an aversive consequence, for example: "If you tidy your room you won't have to wash the dishes".

My brother-in - laws dog Ozzy getting into the Christmas spirit. Still haven't got the tree up yet. New roof for the kitchen is starting ahead of schedule and should be done before Christmas. Yaay no more leaks. On another festive note. Found this old photo taken in Tesco. Love their definition of Household Essentials in December

Here we go. This is Bilbo our 8 month old pup, he's a male Pembroke corgi. We got him in September. The loss of our Skye earlier this year left such a hole. This baby has helped. This is him and Santa.
