Hi, please can anybody advise me on roughly how many carbs would be in just 6 or 7 chips from either a chinese or Indian please? I have got the carbs and cals app on my phone
Are those chippy chips though Robin? Tend to be very large don’t they?Myfitnesspal gives 10 chips as15g of carb, so 6-7 would be about 10g. Enough for a unit of insulin for me.
I’d probably do that, but I have always thought that makes me a bit odd.....Surely you should weigh them and work it out from there. I have a carbohydrate estimation chart on my fridge.

I don't know, and it didn't give a weight. I was just having a quick look, as Gill didn't seem to realise that there was enough carb in a few chips to be worth counting, whereas I always find they are deceptively carby! Are those chippy chips though Robin? Tend to be very large don’t they?
The guidance we were given on DAFNE was that an egg sized potato is 10g carbs. Not easy to imagine how many chips that would make, but I am fairly sure it wouldn’t be many. Then again Chinese or Indian chips are not something I have or would ever try to be honest!
