Hi, does anyone know roughly how many carbohydrates are in the large tray of chinese takeaway prawn fried rice please?

Quick internet search says 52g- 58g per carton on my Fitness pal...don't know how accurate. I imagine pretty high carbs though.

The 52g - 58g is that weight or carbs please?

Carbs.

It will depend on the tray, and the takeaway (ours really packs the rice in!)

Can you base it on ‘cooked rice’ carb value from a packet? How much extra stuff is mixed in?

I generally have 60g rice portions when we do rice at home, and I would say our takeaway portions are probably double that?

Hope you enjoy it, and keep an eye on your BGs later!
