Hi,

New to all this and trying to adapt recipes that we already use in our house. There's me, my husband and two daughters (4 and 6).

Has anyone got any good recipes for sauces to have with chicken, think chicken tonight type not curry please. I am trying to reduce my carbs

Also has anyone got a recipe for a good stew that is low carb.

Has anyone got any good low carb veggie recipes. My eldest daughter is vegetarian so it would be nice to just cook one meal for everyone occasionally

Sorry lots of questions

The chicken tonight creamy mushroom sauce is only 7g carb per portion, so should easily fit into a low carb diet if thats the sauce you're used to

There are quite a lot of recipes in the food forum (drop down menu top left) but you can look on the internet for low carb recipes where you will find hundreds.
There are some good recipes on the website sugarfreelondoner for both sweet and savoury dishes.
If you want curry then if you use dry spices or pastes they are usually pretty low carb. A favourite veg curry is cauliflower, butternut squash and chickpea, you can also add paneer or boiled egg.

Would also add some spinach to this 🙂
