Chia Seeds

I use them with psyllium husk to make a morning fibre drink. I add a dash of Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) and a dash of balsamic vinegar to a large glass of water and sometimes an inch or so of diet cola just because I like the flavour combination and then add the psyllium and chia seeds and stir. Leave it 5 mins to absorb the water, so it becomes gelatinous, stir again and drink it down, followed by another glass of water to rinse the glass. This works an absolute treat for me as regards a healthy digestive/bowel system.
You can however add them to yoghurt or soups and stews or even sprinkle them on salads. My fibre drink ensures that I have plenty of fluids with them to help them work efficiently.

Does anyone use them and how do you use them ? Is it literally a sprinkle on yoghurt ? Thanks
I pour about 25g into a soy flat white coffee.

I sprinkle them on my yoghurt, over salads, also use them when baking savoury keto crackers/bread.

Shove them in a blender/grinder and use them ground. They still absorb liquids so the swell nicely but this way you can use them to thicken soups and sauces etc

I mix them with yogurt or porridge, I know many people here don't eat porridge but if you do, they work well. It changes the texture a bit, I personally like it.
