My dam dog has decided to take a fancy to my finger pricker I just cant believe he got his paws on it the little so and so I loved my finger pricker sooo much. I've tryed to order a new one but one touch say because I have already had one im not allowed another.Anyone think of away around it ? I really dont want to go back to using my old freestyle lite one it hurts to much grr.

I have 2 ideas someone who knows me does me a huge favour and orders one under there details and sends it to me OR I put my old address in and hope OH nabs it at work

Could be worth tryingyour dsn (can't remember if you've got a nice one or not?!) Some seem to have squirrel stashes of kit reps give them so you might get lucky? i'm surprised the company havent just given yiu a new one to keep you as a 'customer' using their lancets the tight wotsits... 🙄

Thought they were guaranteed, you couldn't sweet talk them then. I've got one you can have (but which one, I've got 2 one-touches, one the ultrasoft (came with the ultra smart - big and blue and one small and 2 tone came with the ultra easy). If you want either let me know.

Sorry I should of said I have the one touch comfort it came with my one touch ultra easy was kinda new at the time,If anyone has a spare I would be greatful, I will try my DSN in the meantime thanks Twitchy.

Well some how I have managed to get it working its a fiddle but it does work thank god...its the end of it where the button is you pull up that he got the rest of the pen from down there is fine

I always email them and have never had a problem - recently emailed and asked for a new one and said my old one had broken and they sent it out in the post first class. Surprised they refused to send you one!
