Yayy. Had an ECG and a stress tester ECG. I have no heart issues or problems. GOT THE ALL CLEAR. The pains I have are muscular due to kettlebell training.
Heart specialist advised me to do more walking as opposed to kettlebell training...

Great news rustee! A huge relief - put those kettlebells on ebay and get walking! 🙂

Excellent news. 🙂

Yeah - walking 'with purpose' is great exercise not only for legs and lungs, it has definite benefits for the whole of the circulatory system down to the little peripheral veins that feed the skin and the edges of tendons bones and all muscles.

You must be very relieved rustee ~ I would if I were in your position ~ not only will your heart react to walking ~ but walking is excellent exercise to lower your bgls (Blood glucose levels) especially if taken about 30 ~ 45mins following a meal, take care.

News like this is better than a lottery win Rustee so great news! 🙂

Thanks for that guys. Blessings to you all

Does that mean ease up on your training and no more pain? Cool

Well, the muscle will heal, so yep it seems walking only in the interim. I can always do push ups in addition
