Thank you all for the welcome at the moment ive had no info about what i need to do or wot to avoid yet but ive another appointment at my surgery so hopefully will be given some info.so at moment im rather in yhe dark as to wot happens
 
I really would recommend the reading material Northerner mentioned. I found it all invaluable and also helped prepare me so I had useful questions to ask when going to appointments. Whenever you think of a question, write it down and take them along to your appointment. Best of luck 🙂
 
Gosh yes as steph days write down everything that crosses your mind because everythime i left the surgery initially there were things i had forgotten to ask i could have kicked.
