Hey all,

One my PEDS mums has found a great cheats way for carb counting if your out and about. For those who have Siri on your phone or iPad - it can help! Simply ask what you want the carbohydrate factor of and it will tell you with proof too.

Have fun like I have testing it lol

I had to look it up, and I see that Apple bought it up in 2010 and stopped all non-Apple development so us poor Android developers can't have it - shame, sounds good! 🙂

There are Siri alternatives available on Android (Google Now, for one). It's worth remembering though there isn't any magic behind this though - all Siri does is a web search to pull the most likely result. It's extremely convenient the way that it does this, but if you've a non-Siri enabled phone, you can achieve the same results through a quick web search either by typing or using a voice assistant.

My Fitness Pal app has pretty much everything in its database, will need to try out some voice assistants though.

Got Google now but never used it, just doesn't feel right.....🙂
