I'm thinking about changing my injection sites for both QA and BI.

At the moment:
QA - inject into stomach in a smiley face sort of way not near but below my belly button
BI - inject into right thigh (different areas) morning then left thigh evening (different areas)

Thinking of doing:
QA - using mixture of both thighs and also stomach
BI - buttocks, although maybe a little difficult to reach this area - anyone got any suggestions re this?

Question:
knowing that D changes have to be done one step at a time, can the changing of sites be done all in one go?

I just rotate all my sites all the time. It's better to change them frequently so I wouldn't worry about it. If I were you, in fact I'd look at giving my stomach a complete rest.

Buttock injections are fairly easy, you can do these in the side of your buttock anyway so it's not like you have to fully contort or anything.
