Change in neuropathy or something else?

Perhaps two pronged attack needed? Given vein issue as well. My neurologist diagnosed me but couldn’t help with treatment as not allowed the drugs he normally gives so now waiting to see if vascular will see me because of my raynards and history of odema due to chronic leg wounds and scarring from cellulitis.
 
I am looking for a neurologist who specialises in neuropathy. I do have a neurologist for a different condition at the National in London but I was told he retired and they thought I was a new patient which I am not. I think he had someone in mind for me to see, or they may know someone who specialises in neuropathy - so that is my neurological route. The vascular person dismissed me very quickly which I was surprised at due to no pulses in one foot and no artery on one leg. I have asked for subject access request and letter from the hospital as I do think vascular and cardio still needs to be ruled out. I did not know podiatry and chiropody was the same thing so thank you for that everyone. I have a chiropodist a mile from me so will check she is trained medically and if so will pay to go and see her. I think I will be spending money on health care this year. Thank you everyone. Advice is helpful.

I hope you get on better than I did. Might be worth looking at Nuffield hospitals, we have one down here for private care and have a good reputation.
I would have thought your Chiropodist would have qualified but perhaps see if they have a national register to see what their standard qualifications are?
