Results are back...
I know I should be happy because my results are in and the trends in can see are great... But... Wow I've still got a lot if work to do :-(
Turns out my background is wrong especially at night, had reduced by 2 units before starting CGM but now need to reduce by another two
😱
Breakfast... I think I've seen threads on breakfast but wow my spike is really quite impressive... Tips for good, quick slow releasing low gi would be appreciated... Evidently weetabix and me don't get on! Although my ratio is right because by lunch time I'm ranging between 4-6 generally.
So, once again I'm asking for advice, help and basically encouragement as I have to admit the gravity of just how much I need to test/trial error etc is sinking in.... Pls help
🙂
On a positive albeit v scary note... The hubby and I have decided we do want to try for a baby so this is all pre pregnancy planning now too

- for those that remember I came close to making a stupid decision before my wedding because of babies and I hope you know that many of you have helped make me realise that diabetes doesn't have to limit my life... Thank you. So yep, that's it... CGM done for now, sit down with dsn in the 11th April and they've said they are happy to have my on CGM again in a month to see how the changes are going so I best get cracking!
Thanks for reading v long post! Xx
