I'm finding that N is having a massive spike in the morning after breakfast. I'm wondering if it's the cereal I'm giving her. We're not carb counting at the moment, and her morning insulin has been reduced a bit because she was having a hypo at school almost every day before breaktime.
Now she's definitly not hypo and is often around the 11/12/13 mark. School are checking BG at breaktime at the moment as well as lunch, because of the previous hypos.
Spoke to the DSN tonight and she said because of the previous lows they don't want to change her morning insulin at the moment (I don't really want this either) however I also don't want these continued highs either.
Any ideas?
