Have picked up on the low carb thread, and first step was to replace my breakfast cereal with greek yoghurt + berries.
My concern is that I will be missing out on the vitamin & mineral supplements, especially vitamin D.
With our current sunny summer, probably vit D OK for now but may be a problem in the winter.
Any advice would be appreciated
