Better to stick with something healthy for breakfast, good traditional porridge as a suggestion, this is my breakfast of choice most mornings and manage to keep bg levels within range.
I used to eat Belvita.
Porridge was good as well.
I didn't want high saturated fat every morning,.
I'm not convinced fried breakfast every day is a healthy option.
There are a few more 200 calorie diet bars, and protein bars out there as well.
Breakfast does not need to be fried:
How about smoked haddock, spinach and a poached egg, or two?
or greek yoghurt and berries?
There are also recipes for low carb granola to make at home.
Hope some of these ideas work for you Andip1967

I eat porridge with raspberries for breakfast
Bars - my go to is Nature Valley Protein Bars, I only eat the salted caramel and chocolate and peanut ones which are divine but they also do a coconut one, they are on offer at £2 a box of 4 just now at Tesco, Asda and I'm sure Morrison's as well they are about 10g carbs per 40g bar xx
I make my own cereal which is loaded with almonds, Brazil nuts, flaxseed, coconut and quinoa flakes. All very tasty with a few spoonfuls of yogurt and a handful of berries from the freezer.
Naughty but nice.......don't make it a habit but I had a Chia Charge flapjack; salted caramel flavour. DELICIOUSNESS beyond belief........but like i said naughty but nice! Would be better sticking to healthier options though. Most definitely!
