I'll try it that way next time as the more flavour the better. This probably gives it a hint of nuttyness - niceI don't stir mine initially Riri - I let the underside go brown and then mix it all together. Gives it a lovely taste.

I do like the sound of your 'hash browns', Jean. Do you use the whole head of a cauliflower per 2 eggs? I fancy trying them but want to get the consistency right.I mix cauli rice with grated cheese and a couple of eggs, put a heaped tablespoon of the mixture on greased baking paper and bake for about 20 mins. It makes a delicious hash brown substitute. Makes about 12. I use 2 in the morning with a slice of bacon and a tinned tomato, just microwave for 50 seconds for a quick and easy low carb breakfast. Yummy.
