I recently introduced some carrots to my veg pile but noted my blood sugar after meals was in 6. 6 range Not bad but unusual, it is normally 5ish. I didn't have the carrots tonight and tested and it was 4 7. Unfortunately each time I forgot to test vefor the meal. But I thought a small amount of carrots would be ok, clearly okish but that's about it The other difference is I did about 30 mins of exercise after supper. Diabetes is a fickle mistress
