has anyone got any recipes for carrot soup? i've got a load of carrots to use up this weekend. thanks

I have made this loads of times and you can vary it half parsnips and carrots, or sweede and carrots, or make it more spicy. You dont have to use cumin seeds. ground cumin will do. It Freezes well too 🙂

i made this soup this afternoon to take to work for lunch for the week and it tastes wonderful, thanks for the recipe, i will be making this again 🙂
