The poblem i have is that i like a good drink on a saturday night once a week normaly i work all week but when i go out i will have to learn to slow down a bit any ideas any one the safest drink if i have quite a lot ? I tested my blood last time i drank and didnt seem to go up to much
Hi Carlton this is my field of expertise loll when you have a drink your sugar level will spike then come down fast as your liver is dealing with your alcohol rather than your sugar levels so thats why on wake up they will be lower than normal so you start to think this is ok its not affecting me not true, if you're having a session try to have a small snack before bed, as far as best practice on alcohol there isnt one, they say gin is better than beer but its a stronger drink, as you say you only drink once a week and i bet you go for, try water between drinks
