Carly starting at a new school in September full time!!! Luckily there was a type 1 child in reception class, she will be moving to year 1 so staffs are already trained there 🙂 but I still want to get a care plan and wonder who should signed it?? Any advice?

Hi, it should be signed by anyone involved, so DSN, you as parent and any of the staff which will be using it as they are signing to agree to it's interventions.

Hope Carly enjoys reception class, Millie has another year at nursery yet 🙂
