Thank you for the advice.The carbs in the bread look like 15g for the 1 slice and the other stuff pretty well nothing, although the increase is just borderline on what is suggested as a max increase it seems bad because you are starting at quite a high before meal level.
Many people are more sensitive to carbs in the morning so you may find the same food later in the day, say for lunch would not have the same increase.
