@Vicky Lake
Don't forget eggs which are so versatile and a great source of protein and good fats. I had a fabulous 2 egg mushroom, onion, pepper, courgette and cheese omelette today with a huge side salad. Massive healthy plateful, tasty, filling and very low carb and reasonably low calorie if you have a good frying pan and go sparse on the cheese, although I don't worry about calories myself and like to eat a higher fat diet.
