I was browsing the Lowcarbmegastore which I use for tortillas and pitta breads, and in their sale section they were selling these for 99p as they are past their best before date. I don’t normally use cake mixes but this was so easy I might be a convert. I made it while my main course was cooking and it was surprisingly good: moist, very chocolatey and not too sweet. 1.75g carbs in a portion.

Never looked at their website although I've heard of it, I'm away to take a look now though lol x

No, I've never heard of it either. Will definitely see if its any good. Thanks for letting us know about the cake!

I was hoping for something to use as trifle sponge and I think this will be very nice!
