I read about a book on here but cant remember what it was called but quite a few people recommended it. Can anyone tell me what its called please. Im sure its a pocket edition
 
you could also look on the reccomended book message board for lots more ideas.
 
I avoid the diabetic stuff, overpriced rubbish! A wee bit of what u fancy does the world of good.
 
Are we sure it wasn't Carbs & Cals ?

Both good but serve differing purposes !
