Relationship to Diabetes
Type 2
Anxiety
Anxiety means to me -
A feeling of restlessness, a sense of dread
body tingling from time to time
disassociation, it's can't be me thinking these thoughts
feeling like I have been taken over - possessed if you will
A sense of shock, disbelief - oh things were going so so well
A sense of shame, like I have ventured where no previous human mind went before
A sense of withdrawal, disbelief, loneliness as well,
A sense of am I going mad, am I losing control
A sense of "pull yourself together, you are fully grown"
A sense of why me, i thought I had sorted everything out
A sense of feeling tearful, having a good cry to release
A sense of what can I do, it's better to speak or type it out rather than hold it in

It comes and goes, if not anxiety then the Depression can sink in
A sense of low mood, low self esteem and a sense of shame
I am aware of the symptoms, and i know there are causes
However it doesn't make it easier. I am usually the voice of calm and reassurance, however it feels like I am falling apart at the seams........
 
I know quite a few people who can relate to this.
 
Welcome to my world! Yes anxeity is the worst feeling ever so big big hugs. I do know what you are going through as i go through cycles of it often. Intense fear for no reason is the worst! It is like all my confidence has gone and Ive turned into a different person. CBT helps and I am just about to try NLP! Lets see if it can help. Also hypnotherpy cds for this also helps. I have a library of them ! lol (am laughing now but in a day or so I will be grabbing them in state!)😉
