I have fought for 3 years with the help of my local MP for a course for type 2 diabetics on insulin, I gave up in the end.

Today I received a phone call from the practice nurse, asking me if I would like to go on the above titled course, which is for type 2 diabetics who have been on insulin for at least 3 months, I think I qualify now, having been on insulin for 7 years.

Has anyone been on this course, if so was it worth it and did you learn much.I shall go on it now having kicked up for so long lol.

Love the course title John! I will be interested to hear how it goes - I imagine it will be interesting for you too to meet other T2s who have maybe been equally frustrated by lack of courses. I hope you have lots of questions for the instructors (don't envy them! 😉)

A banana a day keeps the blood pressure at bay.........

I'd definitely be interested in what the course says/ shows etc x

Never heard of that one John, but I start an X-Pert Insulin course on 17th Sept which consists of 6 half day sessions on consecutive Mondays.
Hope you find the course useful.
