I've been avoiding all potatos apart from sweet potato (baked, whole). Not keen on the whole plain fish thing (I'm sure fish is born battered and deep fried nom nom shame I cant eat it like that).

I make spaggy bol with veggie mince too, even less fat than lean beef mince.

Sweet potato chips are awesome too!! Cornflour batter might be less carby that normal batter but Im not sure..
