This evening after work I was persuaded to go for a bite to eat by my DD (darling daughter).
I had a Thai Chicken salad (large) followed by a Cookie Cream which consisted of two homemade cookie with white chocolate chunk sandwiched together with a vanilla cream. It was delicious.
Earlier in the day I had my Metformin x 1 for breakfast followed two hours later by 2 sausage. Lunch was chicken tikka masala and onion bhaji!
I then remembered I needed to test after eating my lovely cake but was a bit late so at the 2hours 15 minute mark my blood sugar was ..................................................7!!!
Supper will be my second Metformin tablet and a cup of tea!
