Oh no , I've been rumbled , I've already had one with my afternoon coffee, I take 2 into work tonight and give one of them to a diabetic lady I work with the rest last me until Sunday, then it's back to the baking on Monday
 
Darn it.. I’m actually a pretty good baker, but have yet to make a single diabetic friendly cake that does not end up face down in my bin. Mine have been horrible. Yours look much nicer !
 
I only started baking at Christmas as I wanted some low carb mince pies. Now I bake every Monday , and I actually enjoy it , apart from when I tried to make low carb wraps, which went horribly wrong and straight in the bin !!
