Started this morning with GP apt at 09.00, was just to get HbA1c 6.7%which i already knew, he was pleased with result, BP is still too high 128/100 need bottom number to be below 80 so keep taking tablets! Cholestrol (sp?) is 4.7 so thats ok, I said that i still hadn't seen dietician so he has done another referal, said i was probably lost in the system! I asked about obesity surgery and WOW i'm too thin for something!

Received my free sample of unistick, they have little raised bumps on the plastic lancet holder, you press it on, the bumbs tell the brain that it has pain so when you get the prick of the needle you don't feel it...... B******s is all i can say and so much plastic wasted, i used 2 before i could even prick and you would need a huge bag to carry then in... so that road test is a NO!

This afternoon i have to take daughter to dentist and then i have my 1st apt with the podiatrist.. hurray hope they can sort out the pins and needles.

Today is my day off lol ill be shattered
