hello can someone give me some avise after l eat some thing couple of hours later lm burbing and need to eat:confused:

I'm a bit nervous to admit this but I'm genuinely unsure if you've mistyped 'burping' or If I've never heard of 'burbing'

*goes red*

Why do you need to eat?

Do you drink many fizzy drink? Are you in any pain or discomfort with it?

If we get burpy after meals we have plain boiled water, it helps or if it is too bad we have peppermint tea.

If the burping is a problem or you are in any pain you should seek a doctors advice. I suggest you keep a diary of what you eat and if the burping is worse after certain types of food. You may not be able to tolerate certain foods so well as you used to.
