If that’s all you’ve eaten then it really doesn’t sound like you’re eating enough, where’s the fruit and veg? If you’re not eating enough your liver will dump some sugar into your system.

Case of to little food at guess, you have to eat more than that, as Lucy says where's veg salad fruit?

Did you test right before eating the burger or only 2 hours afterwards. If the latter then it may be that what you ate was not responsible for the rise in BG. How long after dinner (midday meal) did you test and what did you have to eat then? Could it be some slow release carbs that spiked your levels after you tested and therefore your levels were already high before you ate your evening meal?
What did you have with the burger and what did you drink in the afternoon/evening?

Could you be coming down with something or be stressed as that can push your levels higher?

We always recommend that you don't get too anxious or make any decisions based on just one set of results, so I would do the experiment with the burger another time, but make sure to test right before eating as well as 2 hours after because that helps to isolate any effect that food has on your levels from other things which might have been causing a BG rise or fall before you ate it.
