I finally found the burgen bread last week and very nice it was...I ran out and the missus got me some whole meal nimble which is 8.1g of carb per slice...Surely this is better for you?🙂
 
It's probably got fewer carbs because Nimble is full of air, hence lighter. Wholemeal bread has a higher GI than Burgen, because with Burgen the seeds slow the digestion so it has less impact on your blood sugar levels. 🙂

Most of us like Burgen, cos it's got the texture of proper bread and also tastes nicer than a lot of things.

But it's up to personal choice really, if your meter is OK with it, eat whatever you want (within reason!)
