One of my back teeth broke. It's to sensitive to eat on and the dentist can't see me until next Thursday. Stumbling around trying to think of low carb soft food. With no cereals, or mashed potatoes I'm pretty much stumped.

Scrambled eggs, guacamole, humus, chilli con carne, mashed cauliflower, celeriac or other suitable veg, soups, chia pudding (I have never made that).

Well most of that I couldn't eat if you paid me. Cauliflower, yes, celeriac yes chilli ok

Yogurt. I have full fat Greek yogurt with ground almonds added, which makes it very filling. Add a few berries, mashed up or pureed if necessary.

hospitals have emergency dental treatment or chew on the other side, sorry if that seems blunt

Hope it's not been too painful pat, and that they can sort it all out for you on Thursday 🙂 My dentist is pretty good and will always fit in an energency appointment of you are in pain. I've had a few breaks over the past few years, but fortunately no pain, just wear and tear. I wish all dentists were as good as mine, he was a real find 🙂

MIne is great but not real pain just sensitive if I chew on it. I trust him so will wait.
