hello all. I've just gotten off the phone with Accu-Chek. Last week I rang them about the finger pricker issue and they said they would send me out a new one. I rang this morning to check up on it because mine has totally given up the ghost and is refusing to work (it is amusing to watch me try and do my bloods with just a lancet ha!) but accu-chek were fab. One was sent out on 31st Jan so it is on the way and they confirmed it was a multi-clix (this is good because i didn't know, now I can get the lancets on monday hurray!) and then when I said that I had no finger pricker the lovely lady gave me my customer number and said to take it to boots where they will happily give me a spare.

Hurray accu-chek. You are awesome 🙂

I tried to get through to Bayer too because it was their finger pricker that has given out on me. However, as per usual, I can't get through. That irked me a little...so I decided, no to Bayer. I've never been able to get through to them which is just annoying. At least accu-chek have a proper customer service team!

Yes I think like you that accu-chek are great evertime I have phoned them I get through right away and things come within 2-3 days and they are all ways very polite and helpfull .I have had new meaters new batterys and eveything free . Your right they are awesome.

I,also, think that accu-chek customer service is brilliant. If ever I have a problem, they deal with it straight away. They always replace broken items without any fuss at all.

I've never used their customer service - but Abbott's Customer Service is very good too.

Hi Sam, nice to see you 🙂

Couldn't agree more about accu-Chekhov & Roche's customer service. I've contacted a couple of times and they seem to have a very 'joined up' approach. I got a Twitter DM on one issue to let me know the (Danish?) tweeter was glad to see my query had been marked 'resolved' by the UK team.

I was more than impressed. Especially with their lovely helpful phone people.

Always have great service from Roche sometimes evn next day delivery 🙂
