Are there any food products that should be available but aren't?

Here's an example that I've sent to Asda:

Like many slimmers, I like to include reduced fat cottage cheese in my diet. However, in common with everyone I've ever spoken to, I dislike the lumps so have to mash or liquidise it before I eat it or add it to recipes. How about making a lump-free smooth version? I, for one, would be willing to pay a price premium for the reduced washing-up! What do you reckon?

great idea LeeLee...i got some this week and mashed fresh pineapple in it but it was still lumpy...added it to my jacket potato...i find it very expensive for what it is as well......

Interestingly, the chap who replied from Asda said he also dislikes the lumps and will put the idea forward to the product development department. There is hope!
