I had a Skyr (high protein) flavoured yoghurt pouch this morning, rather than the eggs I've been having most mornings. Tested a little bit over 2 hours later as was unable to test exactly on two hours and BG was 6.7 so looks like I coped OK with the little bit of sugar in it
 
Scrambled eggs with grilled tomatoes, a slice of wholemeal toast and a benecol or greek yoghurt with cherries or berrys, or porridge with berries.
