hi sorry I may need to explain a bit 1st I am housebound and have home help i can't cook nor can my carer needs to be quick as they have so much time to get me up and dressed and breakfast so thats, why i am asking i, have eggs twice in morningand 3 times for diner so its hard asking for ideasTo improve - the best thing is to chuck all of them in the bin and have a proper meal of protein fat and a small amount of carbohydrate.
As type twos cant cope with carbohydrate, starting the day with an overload is rather problematic for many.

But I believe it does have added sugar?Then try a bowl of All Bran. Weigh out a portion rather than just shake some in a bowl. See how your blood sugar goes with that. All bran is one of the lower carb cereals.
