Update on my naughty morning bs and the test the lovely consultant has asked me to run
Sunday 35g of porridge with skimmed milk - 2 hrs after 7.1 (waking bs 5.0)
Monday (today) 1 piece of wholemeal with 1 scrambled egg (drop of milk) - 2 hrs after 7.3 (waking bs 5.3)
I eont be having any of my normal cereals anymore 😱
Because consultant said to reduce morn carbs and have more protein my sis has suggested a protein drink in the morning - has anyone tried these ? I have looked on a website were sis buys protein for her training and they have one which is high in protein and very low in carbs and fat - no added sugar.
Would this work instead of eating loads of eggs ? I have emailed the website and explained my situation to them and am awaiting a reply.
