I can’t eat any of the slimmingworld meals as they are far too high in salt for me. My carbs for last two weeks have been under 100g a day according to nutracheck . Thankyou for replying it’s really helpful
I was thinking more of some of the recipes for home-made dishes rather than ready meals which were pasta or rice based. You can substitute edamame bean or black bean pasta for the normal pasta and butternut squash, celeriac or swede for potatoes or cauliflower rice. I assume you can use plenty of herbs for seasoning instead of salt.

In the last six months, I have lost over 17kg, (about 2st 10lbs.) Initially, for breakfast I was having four Ryvita original cracker breads with processed cheese slices. But, in an effort to be healthier and cut back further on the carb, i moved onto a bowl of Tesco's "Frozen Imperfect Berries", with a dollop of full fat yoghurt. Recently however, looking to cut back on fat, I have replaced the yoghurt with finely ground Almonds and Walnuts.

By the way, in the past I usually skipped breakfast, but, because of my medications, it is now obligatory.

Loving Swede at the moment

I use Fage low fat yoghurt with some peanut butter and berries. (I tried to cut down on nuts briefly due to weight gain, and tried using a peanut butter powder - peanut butter with all the fat removed, basically!)

Might check out these imperfect berries, as I go through loads of raspberries.
