My daughter's mother in law visiting from Pakistan put chilli flakes on her breakfast cereal. We were served curry on an Emirates flight for breakfast, kedgeree was a breakfast dish.

I used to love left over Indian Takeaway for breakfast the next morning. Always thought it tasted better the next day and often ate it cold. That said, it usually involved something sweet like a Peshwari naan and a dish which had some fruit in it like a Dhansak or Malayan chicken but happy if there was left over Jalfrezi or Tikka Marsala as well. Anything except a Vindaloo really but then we never ordered anything that hot in the first place.
