Hi wolf cub. I have porridge and sometimes wearability. Not at same time. I make porridge with water and put in some unsweetened soya milk cause I like it. Sometimes add some toasted pumpkin and sunflower seeds to porridge. Usually works for me. Keeps me full.

Honestly though, sometimes I am really lazy and diabetes goes out the window. Good luck and you will find what works for you
