Hi All , I've been getting quite bloated after meals ( which through a process of elimination ) I've pinned down to the wholemeal bread I eat. I changed over to sour dough which stopped the bloating but increased my sugar dramatically .
Can anyone please advise me what is the best bread I should eat for the best glucose & weight results .

A lot of people on here eat burgen soya and linseed loaf as it doesn't seem to increase the blood sugars for them. I personally eat nimble bread which is low in carb but not very big slices I am afraid x lol

Sourdough bread is simply plain white bread with natural yeast as the raising agent, it also tends to come in whole loaf size so you tend to eat more.

I'm in the Burgen camp but would switch to the Lidl rolls if we had a Lidl near us. Tesco high protein finest farmhouse also works for me.
