Just an FYI,

Some really low carb bread in Holland and Barrett.

Curious to see the full ingredient list as I am just a bit suspicious of that nutritional info.

Top is 'vegetable proteins'. So may well be that liw carb, but i would say it probably counts as ultra processed.
Most importantly, what does it taste like? There are lots of low carb breads, but most aren't very 'bready'

Haha I'll buy some and try it.

As seems usual with low carb breads they bump up the protein content. Most ordinary bread seems to be around 10-15% protein.

The bread I buy in the Polish shop is chleb proteinowy which would seem to back up the extra protein theory.

The Nutricheck app says 74cal 0.5gcarb per 30g slice. They have verified the data so perhaps its right?

If it is that would be great. I'm really missing being able to eat toast

Hmm that is low, lower than the one I use which is very close to ordinary brown seeded in taste, texture and toasting ability. How much is the H&B one?C14ABBAB-B2A6-434E-A225-1697DB6250D1.png

Hope it’s nice if you give it a try @Jacen017 🙂

Tried it, tasted pretty much like any other multi seed loaf. Slices are about half the size of a regular slice of bread though.
