I'm probably well behind the times here, but yesterday went to a large Sainsbury's (not my usual little supermarket) and in the bread aisle they had lots of thin flat rolls, which are around half the total carbs of a normal roll. Thought these might be a good idea for people wanting to cut down on carbs without cutting them out completely.

I use them a lot since starting with weight watchers. I even make pies/pasties with them, mini pizzas, they are really nice.

I have been using them for about 2+ years. I even have used them to put a burger in.

You can get burger bun thins now and bagel thins

You can also combine them with cheese slices and processed ham to make the world's most perfectly square sandwiches!

Lol, I must have been living in a cave then! Never noticed them before 🙂

Where on earth do you get the square tomatoes from (to enhance the thing to luxury category) then, Deus ?
You can grow square tomatoes...by putting the immature fruits into square glass jars (specially made without a neck to allow removal).

If I want to make a deluxe ham and cheese sandwich, I would use pineapple rather than tomato. 🙂

ROFL - pineapple's circular too, Robert!

I knew that Annette - I've seen em! I'm not actually anal enough for that I don't think!
