I was just wondering if anyone in an attempt to lower the carbs have tried mixing traditional flour with say almond flour to end up with something resembling bread as we know it but with lower carbs. I ask as I've tried the low carb alternatives and have been less than impressed even for recipes people seem to swear by. One of the biggest problems is ending up with a stodgy mess that is barely edible. The Freshwell Clinics 'Fat Head dough balls' bread was by far the tastiest but is too expensive for me to make on a regular basis.
