I saw this the other day on this forum I think, at only 3G a slice it’s changed the game especially when at work! No need to inject personally, a sandwich keeps you on a stable level.

Any more hacks like this??

 
I’ve been eating that for a while. It’s OK, but the slices are tiny. I usually use it make a chicken and salad sandwich.

Thanks for this post. I do miss bread!! Have tried making walnut bread which is nice but expensive to make. Can’t wait to try this
 
As a Type 1, I find low carb meals with no insulin can cause my levels to spike as my body will break down the protein into glucose. This is a slower rise than if I just ate the carbs but it still requires insulin.
This may work with type 2 as the pancreas can still produce insulin and is more likely to be able to cope with the slower glucise absorption.

We are all different and you may be fine but keep an eye on your levels even when you eat low carbs.

It's worth eating just because.
I'm type 2, I eat normally, not low carb, and I buy it when I see it.

This was a working day - 3 sandwiches using the bread with no insulin. In range all day 🙂

My top lowish carb foods are:
Cheddar cheesies 0g of carbs per 20g packet (a sort of dried popped cheddar snack, a bit like wotsits, but just made of cheese) - which @ColinUK posted about
Marks and Spencer super seed crackers, 3g of carbs per 100g (5cm diametre crackers made almost entirely of seeds)
Dr Kargs Pumpkin seeds protein thins 5.8g of carbs per cracker (they're about the size of a ryvita) 31g carbs per 100g
and
Marks and Spencer crunch peanut butter bars 10g carbs per 40g bars.

The last two aren't low carb, but for a cracker or snack bar, they're not bad.
 
I don’t know that bread but I have found a lady that makes low carb bread they are tiny slices but the one I bought is 1.8 of carbs per slice but the one I’ll be looking at getting once I go through that loaf is 1 per carb per slice and I sometimes enjoy that every now and then . I’ll be toasting them for my soup when I make some .
 
I make a loaf out of 500g of wholemeal bread flour. Handsliced, each slice comes in at 12g of carbs per slice but it's a decent size piece of bread, delicious and satisfying too. And I know what's in it..🙂
