I get confused with carb list. If I make it with boiling water and then add cream will that be low or no carb or neither?
 
The actual powder has about 14 grams of carb per 100 according to the back of my tub. That equates to less than one gram of carb per teaspoonful. There aren't any carbs in cream, so the whole thing will be about 2 carbs if you put a couple of rounded teaspoons in. That's low in my opinion.
It's confusing when they only give you the numbers for the serving size assuming you're going to have it with milk.
