I am not sure what foods i should be eating now, could anybody suggest a good receipe book thathas normal every day foods with no fancy stuff please.

I have laods of cookery books, but my all time favourite is the Good House Keeping Basic Cooker. It is not low carb, but I've had it so long I've adapted many of the recipes to suit my needs.

there is a message board for reccomended books. If you want to try before you buy, look at the local library and see what they have.

All New Cook Book for Diabetics and Their Families by harriott P dustan thats a book i would recommend
