Books on offer - anyone interested?

Afternoon ev1. 🙂 I’m having a clearout and have three books on diabetes looking for a good home. They are:

1. The 7 step diabetes fitness plan by Sheri Colberg.
This book’d suit a T2 diabetic - it focuses on making long-lasting changes, rather than just dieting, and includes some excellent advice on healthy eating and exercising whatever your size and physical ability.

2. Using Insulin by John Walsh et al.
This is for anyone on insulin and is very comprehensive.

3. Think Like a Pancreas by Gary Scheiner (2nd edition).
Another great book for anyone taking insulin. Written with a sense of humour.

The only one I haven't already got is the first one, funnily enough, but a brill offer cos certainly neither of the two I have got were cheap and these would be free to a good home!

How odd, I don’t have the option to initiate a PM. I can see them and I can respond but not create one.

Try clicking on Bloden underneath her avatar pic, box opens up, at bottom you should have Follow Ignore Send private message.
It seems to have been a problem for many since upgrade of forum that Admin need to do something, though.

I have put a tick in the box that was missing one and you should now be able to PM to your hearts desire. If that hasn't worked let me know.
